AimFit
AimFit is a women's fitness studio chain founded in Lahore in 2014 by sisters Mahlaqa and Noor Shaukat after they returned from studying at Oxford University and found few quality fitness spaces for women in Pakistan. It runs studios in Lahore and Islamabad, with group classes in cardio, strength training, dance fitness and yoga, plus online classes, and instructors trained through AimFit's own academy. The company raised a $1 million seed round in 2020, becoming one of Pakistan's first venture-backed fitness startups. Check class timings and membership packages at your nearest studio before joining, since schedules vary by location.
