Frequently asked questions
What do I need before I start?
Your business name, email, phone number, category, city and complete address. Hours, services, products, website and social links are optional — but a profile with hours and prices filled in gets found and trusted more easily. The description needs at least 30 characters.
What happens after I submit?
Your listing is saved, then you pay for your plan and upload a payment screenshot. We verify the payment and review the listing; once approved, it goes live at the next weekly release, and we email you when it is public.
How much does a listing cost?
A one-time payment, not a monthly subscription: Basic PKR 99, Premium PKR 199 or Featured PKR 299. Premium and Featured let you request edits to your listing later; Basic does not. Browsing the directory and calling a business costs nothing.
Do I need an account to add a business?
Yes. You can fill in the form first, and when you submit you will be asked to sign in or create an account — you come straight back to this page afterwards, with your entries intact.
Can I update my listing later?
Yes, if your plan allows edits. Sign in to your dashboard to manage your listings and request changes — updates go through review before they appear publicly.
